Senior Sales Executive (Full-Time)

Job Summary

16’96 Concepts is looking for a passionate Sales Associate who is ready to take ownership in expanding the company’s revenue streams. From generating leads to closing sales, our ideal candidate will deliver professional presentations and well-prepared pitches to customers, clients, and while doing so, reinforce our brand identity and ethos of our company. The successful Sales Executive will constantly strive to meet all sales goals, exceed customer expectations, and meet key performance indicators. We are looking for a driven, self-motivated individual who values being creative, thoughtful, and data-driven with a strong work ethic.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ideate, strategize, and implement creative outreach methods

  • Establish meaningful relationships and build rapport with new customers through strategic networking, thorough market research, and persuasive communication efforts

  • Test, edit, apply, pivot, improve the current sales approach by tailoring to the varying needs of B2B and B2C clientele

  • Prepare sales kit with existing or new marketing collateral to persuade convert leads (make recommendations to marketing team for relevant material)

  • Prepare and deliver project proposals in accordance with company’s standards for excellence and quality

  • Study our customers’ persona, profiles, and preferences to better project a more accurate target audience

  • Monitor our direct and indirect competition on pricing, products, new products, and merchandizing

  • Make recommendations to our Product Team regarding designs, materials based on customer questions, preferences, and evaluation of current market demands

Technical Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in Master’s program required (Enrollment in Business Administration, Communications, Sales Management related field preferred)

  • Previous retail, sales, and/or hospitality experience preferred
